At Legacy Food Storage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
